Shopping:

Payment:

Secure with PayPal and we do accept Money Orders (please indicate in "comments" section of your shopping cart if you are paying by Money Order_

Shipping Rates:

All clothing packages are shipped via the USPS using first class or priority mail Flat Rates. Rates are for US orders Only!

First Item: $2.99

Each additional item, add $0.50

If you purchase a non-clothing item, your shipping will be calculated by weight and destination via USPS Parcel Post. 

International Shipping:

All International customers will pay actual shipping costs. Prior to placing your order, contact us with a list of what you would like to purchase, your postal code and we will calculate the shipping for you. 

Insurance:

We highly recommend adding insurance to your purchase, as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Click the insurance button when your invoice arrives.  Cost $1.50

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund less the original shipping charge. Products must be returned in their original condition and clothing must have all tags intact. Items in the Bargain Basement are Non-Refundable.

Security:

PayPal uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security to transfer all your credit card information. You'll know that you're entering the secure section of our site by the key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser.

Privacy:

All information submitted to this site is private, and will not be sold, traded, or distributed in any medium. All information submitted is kept confidential unless the user requests otherwise. Information provided to Twice Is Nice is used for internal purposes only.
